08 / Order Processing and Delivery Timeframes

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 days. Processing includes reviewing order details, preparing products, and arranging transportation.

Once an order has been processed, the estimated delivery transportation time is 4–13 days.

These estimates reflect our standard order preparation and delivery arrangements. Actual arrival may vary because of carrier operations, delivery accessibility, or other circumstances affecting transportation.

If we cannot ship an order within the applicable promised timeframe, we will provide the required notice and the opportunity to consent to a shipment delay or cancel for a refund, in accordance with applicable law.

09 / Shipping Charges and Delivery Availability

Standard shipping charges are determined according to the merchandise subtotal shown at checkout.

Orders with a merchandise subtotal of €88.20 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Orders with a merchandise subtotal below €88.20 are charged a standard shipping fee of €8.88.

The free shipping threshold is calculated after applicable product discounts and before shipping charges.

Our primary customer market is the United States. Shipping is available to eligible destinations supported by our checkout system. Addresses that cannot be serviced may not be accepted at checkout.

10 / Furniture Delivery and Customer Responsibilities

Furniture can be large, heavy, or delicate. Customers should consider whether the purchased items can be safely delivered to their intended location.

Before placing an order, please review relevant product measurements and consider door widths, hallways, staircases, elevators, and other access restrictions.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and informing us of relevant access concerns that could affect transportation.

Unless explicitly included in the product offer, standard delivery does not include furniture assembly, installation, interior placement, or removal of old furniture. Any delivery difficulties will be reviewed fairly and handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

11 / Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to correct a delivery address, change a product selection, or cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

Order changes and cancellation requests are subject to the order's processing and shipping status. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests that can still be completed before shipment.

If an order has already been shipped, the applicable return procedure may be required.

Approved cancellations that qualify for a refund are processed within 3–5 days, subject to any shorter period required by law.

12 / Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned for a change of mind within 14 days after delivery, subject to the conditions of our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.

For standard change-of-mind returns, furniture must remain in its original condition and include the relevant components and accessories. Customers are responsible for applicable return shipping charges unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

If an item arrives defective, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, we will review the issue and offer an appropriate remedy, which may include repair, replacement parts, product replacement, or a refund.

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 days. The appearance of the refunded funds in the original payment account may depend on the payment provider.

13 / Product Inspection, Assembly, and Safe Use

Customers should inspect delivered furniture and review any included assembly or care instructions before using the product.

Furniture that requires assembly should be assembled according to the instructions provided, using the appropriate hardware and safety precautions.

Please observe any applicable weight limits, stability requirements, wall-anchoring recommendations, and product-specific care instructions.

If a product appears unsafe, defective, or incomplete, discontinue its use and contact our customer service team. These instructions do not reduce your legal rights concerning defective or unsafe goods.

14 / Customer Accounts and Account Security
