For eligible purchases, firtrimco offers a 14-day change-of-mind return window after delivery, subject to the conditions explained in our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy.
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 days. The original payment provider may determine when the refunded amount appears in your account.
If an item arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, our customer service team can help review the issue and identify an appropriate solution.
