firtrimco operates an independent online store offering furniture and related home furnishings. The website is intended to help customers explore products, review relevant details, make purchases, and obtain assistance concerning their orders.

Our store is built using Shopify technology. Shopify supplies the e-commerce infrastructure used to operate certain shopping, checkout, and transaction features, while firtrimco remains responsible for its own retail activities and obligations as the seller.

The official business and communication details associated with the store appear at the conclusion of this notice.

02. Relationship Between the Customer and the Store

When a customer purchases a product from firtrimco, the resulting transaction is governed by the applicable order conditions, the relevant store policies, and any mandatory legal requirements.

Browsing the website does not, by itself, create a purchase obligation. A transaction begins when the customer submits an order through checkout and the order is accepted in accordance with our Terms of Service.

Nothing in this notice is intended to reduce rights that customers hold under applicable consumer protection, commercial, or product safety laws.

03. Accuracy and Presentation of Product Details

Our product pages are prepared to help customers understand the furniture they are considering. Information may include measurements, materials, finishes, colors, construction features, product photographs, and available assembly guidance.

Because furniture often incorporates textured surfaces and natural materials, minor variations in grain, tone, and finish can occur. Similarly, images viewed on different devices may not reproduce colors in exactly the same way.

Such differences do not excuse a product that is materially inconsistent with its description or otherwise fails to meet applicable quality and legal standards.

We encourage customers to consider the listed specifications and dimensions when evaluating whether a piece will fit their space.

04. Product Availability and Changes to Listings

Product collections, availability, and specifications may change as our assortment develops. We may update product descriptions, correct mistakes, or discontinue listings when necessary.

Changes made to a website listing do not automatically alter the conditions of a purchase that has already been accepted.

If a purchased item cannot be supplied as agreed, we will explain the issue and provide the options or remedies required by applicable law, including an appropriate refund when necessary.

05. Published Prices and Payment Disclosures

The price displayed for a product reflects the commercial offer presented through our store. Customers can review the applicable transaction currency, purchase total, and shipping charges before authorizing payment.

Product pricing may be adjusted for future purchases. Any change to an existing accepted transaction requires a lawful basis and, where necessary, the customer's agreement.

If a significant pricing mistake is discovered in connection with an order, we will explain the situation and provide a reasonable opportunity to accept the corrected offer or cancel the affected purchase for a refund.

We do not impose undisclosed mandatory charges after an order has been accepted.

06. Taxes, Fees, and Shipping Charges

All taxes, duties, and related fees are included in the product prices. Customers do not need to pay additional taxes or related charges beyond the amounts disclosed during checkout.

Our standard shipping arrangement provides free delivery for eligible orders with a merchandise subtotal of €88.20 or more.

For merchandise subtotals below €88.20, the standard shipping charge is €8.88.

The shipping threshold is evaluated after applicable product discounts and before shipping fees. Any applicable delivery charge is shown as part of the checkout total.

07. Processing, Transportation, and Delivery Estimates

Furniture orders involve preparation and transportation. Our normal order processing period is 1–3 days, and the estimated delivery transportation period is 4–13 days.

The total estimate combines order preparation and delivery transportation. Delivery circumstances, carrier operations, or address limitations may affect actual arrival.

Where shipping cannot occur within the applicable promised period, we will comply with the legal requirements governing delay notices, customer consent, cancellation, and refunds.

08. Returns and Customer Remedies

Our store provides eligible customers with a 14-day change-of-mind return period beginning when the purchased product is delivered.

Returns must meet the conditions described in our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy. Standard change-of-mind returns may require customers to cover return shipping, while verified defects or fulfillment errors are handled according to the applicable remedy and legal obligations.

Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 days, although the payment provider may influence when the refunded amount appears in the customer's account.

Our voluntary return arrangements supplement rather than replace any mandatory rights relating to defective, misdescribed, or undelivered merchandise.

09. Product Safety, Installation, and Appropriate Use

Furniture should be handled, assembled, maintained, and used with regard to its intended purpose and the instructions supplied with the product.

Where applicable, customers should consider stability, structural support, weight restrictions, wall anchoring, and the suitability of the installation environment.

If an item appears damaged, unstable, incomplete, or potentially unsafe, use should be discontinued until the issue has been assessed.

These safety recommendations do not transfer responsibility for defective design, manufacturing defects, inadequate safety instructions, or other legally recognized product faults away from the responsible party.

10. Warranties and Product Quality Obligations

Certain furniture products may carry written warranty terms, manufacturer commitments, implied warranties, or protections established by law.

Any express warranty offered with a product must be considered alongside the applicable terms and legal requirements. The absence of a separate written warranty does not automatically eliminate statutory protections.

Nothing in this notice is intended to disclaim warranties or exclude remedies where doing so would be prohibited under applicable United States federal or state law.

11. Ownership of Creative and Editorial Content

The firtrimco website contains written, visual, and design materials created for the presentation of our products and brand.

Original photographs, illustrations, page layouts, product descriptions, design elements, and other qualifying creative materials may be protected by copyright or related intellectual property laws.

Ownership of protected materials remains with firtrimco or the applicable rights holder. Access to the website does not give visitors ownership of those materials.

Ordinary personal use, lawful quotation, fair use, and other activities permitted by applicable law remain unaffected.

12. Commercial Use of Brand Materials

Visitors may not reproduce or commercially redistribute protected firtrimco materials in a way that infringes intellectual property rights or misleadingly suggests an affiliation with our business.
